As part of House of Work, we are one of the largest staffing agencies in the Netherlands. We specialize in providing motivated employees in various sectors such as the agricultural sector, technology, logistics, and the food industry. With a specific focus on the ornamental horticulture sector, we connect our clients with production workers and team leaders, as well as forklift drivers, order pickers, machine operators, and many other enthusiastic employees for roles in various industries and sectors. Our recruitment offices both domestically and abroad recruit employees to work throughout the Netherlands.

History
What started as an agricultural payroll company in 1990, founded by Edwin Grootscholten and originally focused on chrysanthemum cultivation, has evolved into a versatile player with strong roots in the ornamental plant sector. In 2001, the company made the transition to the staffing industry and became a full-fledged staffing agency, specializing in HR services and staffing. Over the years, we have expanded our expertise to logistics, technology, and the food industry. With strong collaborations and many clients in sectors such as orchid cultivation, EG Personeel has since become a reliable partner in the labor market.
We adapt to the continuously changing labor market and tailor our services to the needs of our clients. This led to the establishment of RC Westland in 2018, in response to our clients’ demand for an effective approach to absenteeism. In 2019, we became part of House of Work. Within House of Work, we collaborate with Westflex, FlexWorx!, ICE Agency, Fix Personeelsdiensten, and RC Westland. Through our strong partnerships, we combine knowledge and experience across various fields, enabling us to successfully connect people and businesses. With this collaboration, we have everything in place to make a significant positive impact on the labor market.
