Responsibilities
As Orchid Team Leader, you have a responsible job. You are involved on the work floor in supervising, coordinating, motivating, and monitoring. You lead colleagues, ensure that the work proceeds smoothly, and monitor the quality of the products. In addition to this supervisory role, you also actively participate in production. So, you have a job with a lot of variety and diversity!
What do we expect from you?
- You would like to work in horticulture
- Flexible attitude and good motivation
- You love flowers and plants
- Experience in greenhouse management is an advantage
- Speaking English or Dutch language is a plus
- Driving license is a plus
- You can ride a bike
- Private housing required
