Responsibilities
- Coaching and supervising employees
- Responsibility for all machines
- Troubleshooting machine issues
What do we expect from you?
- You would like to work in horticulture
- Flexible attitude and good motivation
- Experience as a teamleider/manager
- Available to work for a longer period of time
- You love flowers and plants
- Experience in horticulture is a plus
- Able to communicate in English or Dutch language
- Driver's license and own accommodation is a plus
- You can ride a bike
